Contest Entry

This is my entry for 's contest. [link] It is about to create a character. So, here's mine.
Story:
"ROOOAAARR!" - a not very distant roar spreaded throw the lands filled with fear, anger and pain. It was Safi, the very well known lioness with pure heart, kindness and care. She was offended by her mate Kheri, again. This time, he has stepped on her nerves very badly. She ran throw the lush grass, even though the pain in her soul was very heavy. Suddenly, she found Majali, her childhood friend, who was always there for her. In good and bad times. They knew each other as they knew for themselves. Majali stopped Safi and asked:
"Safi, what's wrong? What happened to you? Are you hurt?
" I really am, Majali. I really am." - said Safi with sobbing.
"Let me guess, Kheri? He offended you again?"
" Yes. I don't know what's up with him. He has become so...angry. He wants nobody to get in his way."
" I knew it. Safi, why did you fall in love with him? Don't you know what kind of lion he is? He teased the cubs younger than him when he was a cub."
" I know. But, it happened. Love is love. Sometimes with the wrong person. Unexpected. I really wish to never met him!" - tears started rolling down on Safi's face.
"Don't worry." - Majali nuzzled her. - "I have a suggestion for you. Go to Pride Rock. Where king Ahadi and queen Uru live. Join their pride. Maybe on the way you'll meet a lion and have a cub. You'll be happy there."
" Do you really think so? I have heard about that place, but I don't know where it is. Will you show me the way, Majali?"
" Of course, I will."
While they were chatting, Kheri had stayed behind a rock and watched them. He thought that Safi is in love with Majali and wants to run away with him.
"Uhh, that bitch! That stupid bitch! I'm not her type and she runs to Majali. She will see. They both gonna pay. They'll know how is to mess up with ME!" - Kheri thought and returned to make a good plan. The other day Majali told Safi the way to the Pride Lands and she joined Ahadi's pride.
Time passed and Majali with his daughter Zira came to Pride Rock. Majali and Safi hadn't seen each other for a long time so they had much stuff to talk about. Majali told Safi that he and Kheri worked on Saba-Wing as officers. He told her that Kheri no longer had that job because of the thoughts he murdered Zira's mother, who was also his mate. Time later, when Safi heard Zira speaking about how she wants to find Kheri, she felt something she never felt before. Revenge. She wanted a revenge with Kheri. For all the painful times with him. As Zira leaves, Safi joins her and they both search for Kheri.

Heh, I'm not that good at writing stories but, I think this is good. Btw Majali isn't in love with Safi, so isn't she. They love each other but not that kind of love. A love like they're friends or brother and sister. Anyway, I hope you like it.
